Weidmann Medical Technology has been awarded “Precision Medical Manufacturing CDMO of the Year 2026, Switzerland” in Global Health & Pharma Magazine’s Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Awards 2026. The recognition highlights our ability to bridge the gap between product development and reliable, scalable manufacturing for demanding medical, pharmaceutical, and diagnostic applications.
As a specialized, pure-play CDMO, we focus on high-precision injection-molded components and automated assembly solutions. We do not manufacture medical products, but we work with customers as a dedicated partner without competing interests. Our capabilities combine advanced molding technologies, cleanroom production, high levels of automation, integrated inline inspection, and stable high-volume manufacturing.
A central theme of the award article is the importance of involving industrialization expertise early in product development. Through Design for Manufacturing and Design for Assembly, our teams help customers to optimise products for functionality, and robust, efficient serial production.
